VB Office Deposit Manager is a service which allows a business to scan checks and transmit the scanned images to the Bank for posting and clearing.

The basic requirements for the VB Office Deposit Manager service currently include a PC, a high-speed broadband Internet connection, a check s canner, and a service provider such as Valley Bank.  Checks received at your location can be scanned to create a digital deposit.  This digital deposit is then transmitted over an encrypted Internet connection to the Bank’s service provider who creates an image file of the checks for collection and sends a posting file back to the Bank.  The deposit is posted the next business day with availability based upon your availability schedule.
